Description
With having advanced technology-based infrastructural support, we have emerged as a distinguished manufacturer of liquid soldering Fluxes for our large clientele.
These types of soldering fluxes are suitable for spray, wave and dip soldering purpose. We provide liquid soldering fluxes in different packaging options that can be obtained at a reasonable price range.
The table below specifies different grades of fluxes.
Product Designation | Technology | Color | Solid content | Specific Gravity | RECOMMENDED APPLICATION |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
KVS- 215 | Rosin – Based | Clear amber | 12-14% | 0.825 | Flux has excellent foaming properties and can be applied on printed circuit boards by foam, brushing or spraying. Applicable through hole and discrete components. Density should be maintained using ‘’510’’ solvent. |
KVS-207 | Rosin – Based | Clear amber | 6 – 8% | 0.805 | Flux can be applied on component or printed circuit boards by dipping, brushing or spraying. Flux density should be maintained using ‘’505’’ solvent |
KVS 302 – series | No Clean Halide free | Colorless | 2 – 3% | 0.8 | Surface mount devices and high density plated through hole assembly soldering for electronics mother board, telecommunication applications. Used for Both spray and foam. Flux density should be maintained using ‘’505’’ solvent. |
KVS 306 | Resin based No clean | Pale yellow | 4-5% | 0.805 | Wave soldering, leaves a low level of non-tacky, non-corrosive residue. Flux density should be maintained using ‘’505’’ solvent. |
KVS- 800 series | Rosin – Containing No Clean Halide Free | Pale yellow | 4 – 5% | 0.795-0.805 | Wave soldering, leaves a low level of non-tacky, non-corrosive residue. Flux density should be maintained using ‘’505’’ solvent. |
BGA –Flux | No clean | Pale yellow | Semi solid | High viscosity | Applicable for BGA ,flip chip component and SMD rework |
KVS- 900 | VOC – Free | Colorless | 0.025 | 1.01- 1.05 | Flux can be applied on printed circuit boards by foam, brushing or spraying. Non Tacky bright solder joints. |
KVS – Hot Air leveling Flux | Water soluble | Light pink | – | 1.10- 1.15 | The flux can be applied on pre-cleaned PCBs by dip, roller-coating to brush. The flux has good thermal stability for use at solder bath temperature up to 260°C. After solder coating the flux residues are completely soluble in water; thus providing PCB,s with high ionic cleanliness |
KVS – Tinning Flux | Water based | Colorless | 15–20 % | 1.05- 1.10 | The flux can be applied on pre-cleaned PCBs by dip, roller-coating to brush. |
KVS – Aluminum flux | Water soluble | Amber to brown | – | 1.35 | Suitable for soldering of aluminum to aluminum, aluminum to copper, aluminum to brass and aluminum to plated terminals. NP-Aluminum Flux can be used with all conventional soldering techniques. |
